 Hollands Heating & Plumbing Tariff
Hollands Heating & Plumbing are very much aware that price and good value for money is on all our customers' minds which is why we continuously review and monitor our prices to ensure we are offering the best value for money to our customers. At Hollands we know energy prices are still rising and therefore aim to always provide our clients with the best possible prices for our plumbing, boiler installation and heating services. Our goal is to make sure our customers are getting the best possible price and service when they decide to use us for their plumbing and heating needs.
Our job call-out costs are based on our expert engineers and are competitively priced against other London and Kent based engineers.
We base our costing on local knowledge and price guidelines ranging from our major branded suppliers.
Hourly Rates: |
There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 1 hour increments. All rates exclude the cost of materials and are subject to VAT at the current rate. |
Fixed Price: |
Our engineer will give a verbal or written quote if our customers request it before any work commences. All quotations are subject to VAT at the current rate. |
Materials: |
Materials supplied by Hollands will be charged at trade price plus 25% mark up. |
Quotations: |
Quotations are available online or from our engineers. Alternatively, we are happy to make an appointment for an estimator/surveyor to visit you free of charge. |
Invoice: |
An invoice will always be produced by Hollands which will clearly show a full description of work carried out, times started and finished and a full breakdown of the cost of Labour and materials used. |
Payment: |
We accept payment made in full by credit card, cheque or cash to the engineer upon receipt of invoice for the completed work. |
